This agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties, superseding all previous agreements. By making payment and booking art sessions, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully and retain for reference.

PAYMENTS
Art Hub LDN Limited is registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14572735, VAT No. 466222396). Registered office: 52 High Street, Pinner, Middlesex, HA5 5PW.

• Payment confirmation will be sent via email.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Partial refunds may be granted at Art Hub LDN’s discretion.

CLOTHING & PERSONAL ITEMS
Art Hub LDN is not responsible for damage to clothing or lost items. Please ensure children wear suitable attire for messy art sessions and bring water.

PHOTOGRAPHY
Unless otherwise stated, Art Hub LDN may take photos for social media and advertising. If you object, please inform us.

BEHAVIOUR POLICY
Art Hub LDN reserves the right to send home any participant for misbehaviour.

CANCELLATIONS

• Deposits are non-refundable once sessions are booked.

• To avoid additional charges, cancel at least 2 weeks in advance. Late cancellations will be charged in full due to stock purchases and reserved studio time.
